After spending some time skinning, I figured it would be easier to skin the character with a control rig in place to pull the character into weird poses to see if there are any deformities.

I have now started the huge task of skinning each joint, finding the correct balance in the face joints is proving more challenging than I had originally planned.
After foolishly deciding to add a facial rig to my character rig, I started the rigging process, creating my own rig from scratch, this included mouth joints, eyes joint, and muscle joints for around the mouth and eyes, I also added finger joints.
